What counts as an "active project"?
An active project is any consent application you're currently tracking in ConsentIQ. Once a project is lodged and the RFI window has passed, you can archive it to free up a slot. Archived projects remain accessible to view.
Does the One-off option need an account?
No. The $69 one-off option gives you 30-day access to a single project without creating an account. It's designed for designers who want to run a real project through ConsentIQ before subscribing. You can upgrade to a plan at any time.
Which councils are included?
GENERIC NZBC rules apply to all NZ territorial authorities. Six councils currently have calibrated rule sets drawn from real BCO frequency data, with coverage expanding through our ongoing OIA request pipeline. A full current list is visible in the app when you set up a project.
How does the ADNZ founding member rate work?
ADNZ members can access the Solo plan at a discounted rate during the alpha and beta period — either $49/month paid annually ($588/yr) or $69/month paid monthly with no commitment. Both options include your name in the founding member list. After the founding period you can renew at the standard rate or switch plans.

Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time — the change takes effect immediately and you're charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Is the RFI fact checker included in all plans?
Yes. The RFI fact checker — which lets you upload an RFI letter and checks each query against the actual Building Code clause — is included in every plan including the one-off option.
Is the MBIE determinations search included in all plans?
Yes. Any plan — including the one-off $69 option — gives you full access to search all 1,000 indexed MBIE Building Act determinations by clause, topic, or plain-language description. The search understands meaning, not just keywords.
